Absolutely loved the cabin! Would return in a heartbeat!

Edelweiss Cabin was such a wonderful experience! From the moment we booked the cabin we received a warm welcome from Denise and all of the information we needed for a perfect stay. The directions were very clear, the house was easy to get into and the personal touches were greatly appreciated. We were welcomed with delicious treats and the kitchen was filled with everything you could possibly need. I've been to many Airbnbs over the years and Denise and Fred went above and beyond any I've ever visited. My family and I were truly grateful. The house itself is clean, warm (the wood burning stove heated the cabin up nicely) and has wonderful personal touches. The bedrooms were perfect for 2 adults and 3 children, and the hot tub was a wonderful treat after a day of skiing. Belleayre mountain was only about 20 minute drive so the location was great. We truly had a lovely time at Edelweiss Cabin and would love to return to in the future!

We had a wonderful winter weekend at Kim & Russell’s place. It comfortable fit all 6 of us, clean, great amenities (loved the hot tub and fire pit!), and beautifully designed. It was a quick drive to Belleayre mountain for the skiers in our group. Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! Sam was incredibly friendly and helpful, he arrived right when we got there to walk us through how everything worked, which made settling in super easy. The place itself was beautiful, cozy, and clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We had such a nice stay at Lenny’s cabin! We wanted a glamping getaway and that’s exactly what we got. The cabin was clean, cozy, and just like the pictures! We brought food to cook all of our meals and the cabin had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were cozy and the shower was hot! We spent hours around the fire pit and loved how quiet, remote, and beautiful the area was. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would not hesitate to stay at Lenny’s cabin again!

This was a absolute gem of an Airbnb. The location was everything my wife and I imagine for our kids to grow up in one day. The plot of land the home sat on was one from a fairytale. Melody was a great host. We will 100% be back to this location.

This place was so perfect for what we wanted - a family-friendly weekend escape to nature! There is no cell service (verizon), but the wifi was flawless. The house feels very private, surrounded by woods, and it has a beautiful view of the pond and distant hills. You can sit on the porch and hear nothing but wind, birds, and frogs. The amenities really shine here - a wood fired sauna, wood fired hot tub, and a cold plunge! The house instructions were very detailed on how to make everything function well, and the host was extremely responsive! They even offered a pack and play since we were coming with our baby. The place was very clean, and beds were comfortable. I liked that the only tv was down in the basement, so we mostly stayed upstairs to enjoy quality time and nature. We could definitely come back with a larger group and spread out to make the most of the space, but the 4 of us were quite happy having the run of the house.

We had a great time at Michelle’s. For a family of four it was cozy, fun and comfortable. we enjoyed the Jacuzzi, and we appreciated the loft space and all the games that came with the Airbnb! The only thing that was frustrating, was the lack of hot water in the shower. it was barely enough for one person. The Jacuzzi did make up for that, but would’ve appreciated a warm shower. Apart from that our state was pretty comfortable. We did use a loft space for the second bedroom instead of the smaller bedroom downstairs since it was a little tight, but beds were comfortable. A great stay overall and we made some good memories and really appreciated the later check out!

Debra and Mike are such warm friendly hosts who really care about your stay and maintain the property so well The house was perfect for us and another family, really charming clean and cozy, and so fun for the kids. Kitchen was very well stocked and had lots of cookware and tools Kids had so much rummaging through their play stuff they have around the spacious living room and running around the well maintained outdoor area, plus a cute shallow pond that kids love to explore Endless firewood for bonfires or the indoor wood oven, all nearly stacked around the property. They’re also so helpful, even helped us with our car keys mishap gladly in the middle of their dinner :) We had a great time and would definitely come back!

What a cool place! Hidden in the woods with only a few nearby properties, this is a gem. A huge vinyl collection, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen, and plenty of space! The road to the house is pretty steep so be prepared in case of inclement weather. Lauren and Ryan were very quick to reply to questions, but there weren’t many due to their clear guidance. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful home with lots to do in the surrounding area. The kitchen is really well equipped with great cooking tools that we were able to make use of! Walking around on the property itself was so peaceful and only a short drive away from east sidney lake.

Super spacious cabin! Woods-y charm, but comfortable and modern. Truly the most peaceful location in the catskills you could ask for. The best location for hiking in the area, all the most epic trails in the region are literally right down the road. I will definitely consider it again, next time I need a retreat from daily life

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

I love this place! This was our 2nd stay here, and it's honestly a home run. Perfect little cabin, we were just 2 people so we only used one bedroom but could see it being lovely with a couple friends too. Great kitchen and supplies, awesome firepit by the creek, propane stove by the TV for romantic movies on the couch. THESE. WINDOWS. THIS. VIEW. THE PRIVACY. Everything we wanted for a little trip. Super comfortable bed and towels are SO soft. Book it now.

This is my family’s 3rd stay at “the red cabin.” I’m always afraid it won’t live up to our memories from previous visits - but it’s just as good as we remembered every time! The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, has everything we need. But the outside space (the huge yard, woods for the kids to explore, that view!!) really makes the whole experience magical 🤩 Can’t recommend this place enough!

It’s a perfect getaway spot from New York. We stayed here with our dog, he loved running around in both front and back yard. The porch is beautiful, perfect place to sunbathe during summer. Just 10 min drive to town center to find some cute coffee shops and dinner places. I’ll definitely comeback again!

Third time staying here and as always had a great time. Will come again as my son and I have made it a yearly ritual to come and unwind and enjoy nature. Thanks Debbie!

We had a great stay at this place and couldn’t believe how close it is to belleayre. The house has everything you need. It was warm and cozy and lots of stuff for cooking. Was also very clean. Totally recommend to stay here!

We had a wonderful time staying at the pink rabbit. The place is very well decorated with lots attention to details. The surrounding view is amazing - the pictures do not do it justice. Although it rained most of the time while we were there, it did not impact our experience at all. We loved just chilling by the window, reading a book and listening to the rain. We had an issue with the grill which was quickly handled by Moria. 10/10 recommend!

The best weekend getaway space for when you need to be one with the nature. Super secluded. The property is well maintained, the perfect balance of seclusion while having all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Gerry and Don were very responsive and helpful at every stage. The space was cleaned and heated before we arrived. Both Don and Gerry were friendly and proactive. Definitely recommend staying here.

This was a great spot! We loved Ann’s cabin - cute, cozy and clean. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Beautiful surroundings, secluded but close enough to town. Lots of hiking and surprisingly great restaurants - Peekamoose and the Phoenicia Diner are a must. Very cool area. Highly recommend!

We had a great time and loved the communal spirit of The Belleayre Lodge. S’mores on Saturday and time in the rec room made the weekend extra special.

Just what we needed. We went to Oneonta for a concert and didn’t want to drive the 2 hours back home so all we really needed was a bed and this was exactly that. Property owners are really nice and attentive. They had everything setup for us before we got there even got the fire pit set up to start a fire. Would definitely stay again next time we’re up there.

Amazing! The house was great. We had so much fun there, especially with the pool table and the other games. The outside forest was also astonishing. It was so beautiful, and so was the neighborhood. We hope to come there again another time! 🤩🤩🤩
