Private suite holiday rentals in Delaware County

This place is a working farm in the middle of a farming area. A great place if you want to get away from the city. The house is older and you will be living with antiques in a living room that is charming. Be aware that there is no kitchen and the closest restaurants are 15 minutes away; however, you can order in advance to get a delicious breakfast made by the owner for an extra charge.

the room was nice, and bill provided towels and soap for us to use. the building is nice, feels a bit like being transported back in time. good place to stay for winter adventures. would definitely recommend!

Very peaceful stay. Clean home and comfortable bed. Minutes from visiting the town of Delhi. Nice country roads and farmland. Scenic. Alex was very responsive to inquiries. Liked seeing the chickens, horses and sheep.

The Sunrise Suite was perfect! When we walked in we were extremely happy with the cleanliness, decor, and how inviting the space felt. It was in a good location. Close to All Star Village for our son’s baseball tournament, stores and places to eat. The property is beautiful and wished we could’ve enjoyed more of it but because it rained more than half our trip we weren’t able to. We did get in 2 swim days which was great and they they had pool toys available to use. We bumped into Korey and Tara a couple of times and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d definitely stay again if we were to return.

Three families (8 adults and 5 youth) came together to celebrate the holiday. The house easily fit us all, the game room was a great activity for the kids, bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen big enough to seat us all! The Audubon Society up the hill was a wonderful place to walk with multiple trails. We also had snow and did some cross-country skiing! The house was very clean, the hosts were very responsive with the few asks we had and were proactive on a few others. Would definitely rent there again!

Perfect location for those playing at Cooperstown All Star Village. Convenient for grocery shopping and other needs. Short drive to Main Street. Friendly communication! Beautiful waterfalls which provided our kids with "good ole fashioned fun" of exploring and hiking! Two thumbs up!

This attractive apartment was perfect for my first visit to Andes. It was only 2 blocks from the town. I felt safe with Jodie right next door yet enjoyed complete privacy. Everything was clean. The rooms were tastefully decorated. I appreciated the snacks and especially the wonderful coffee and the Andes mints!!!! Thankful also for her allowing me to check in earlier. She is a generous, thoughtful host and I would stay there again and suggest the apartment to friends.

Skip did a good job of getting back to me when I answer any questions. The place was very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The only thing I do miss is a TV there is no TV Internet, but no TV but I brought my Kindle and I was able to watch a movie on that other than that that’s all that I missed. I brought my own food for breakfast. There’s a refrigerator get my creamer and any milk and any yogurt I want to bring. It was better than going to a B&B because I actually had everything right there accessible to me. I would there again in a heartbeat.

I was traveling alone this time and felt so safe staying here. The breakfast is out of this world (can you say amazing?!) and the place is spotless. Maria Eliza-thank you for everything!

Modern, clean and spacious apartment. The views are stunning. Terri and Ed are friendly, kind and conscientious hosts. Absolutely recommend a stay here for anyone looking to get away to Delaware County!

Such a lovely place to stay! Skip was a wonderful host, the location is perfect, and the space is as cute as listed. Highly recommend for a stay in the area, we’ll be back.
