We decorated with the beach in mind & hope our guests will enjoy all the amenities that we & Rehoboth have to offer! For this listing guests have use of the entire bottom floor unit. Enjoy outdoor living with a hot tub, grill, fire pit, & yard games. Our neighborhood is quiet & a little hidden..like any gem! We provide clear directions. Perfectly situated near popular beaches and bustling boardwalks, you'll have plenty of options for fun and relaxation.

East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

Take a short walk to Milton's city park which is a few minutes from the house off of the Broadkill River. Check out some of the gift shops, eateries, The Milton Theatre, or a tour of the world renown Dogfish Head Brewery.

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.
