We decorated with the beach in mind & hope our guests will enjoy all the amenities that we & Rehoboth have to offer! For this listing guests have use of the entire bottom floor unit. Enjoy outdoor living with a hot tub, grill, fire pit, & yard games. Our neighborhood is quiet & a little hidden..like any gem! We provide clear directions. Within 10 mins of Milford (Bayhealth Sussex, Walmart, shopping, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.). 15 mins: DE Turf, Milton, breweries. 20-30 mins: Bowers Bch, Pickering Bch, Sports at the Bch, Dover & Georgetown, theaters & casinos. 30-45 mins: other beaches and outlets. East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

Enjoy views from both the front and back, including the Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge from our back deck. Conveniently located at the quiet southern end of Broadkill Beach. While the north side is denser with homes and more crowded, the southern end provides a more private beach experience with fewer visitors. The ideal beach retreat where it's just you, the sand, and the sea.

This cute 1 bedroom apartment is located at the HEART of our lovely town. Steps away from some of the most historic places in the entire United States. Come near the weekend and you can tour our informative museums and wayside exhibits while taking in the local culture. We are a close-knit town and are happy to show out-of-towners "the way". On days we are open enjoy a $15/day credit to our cafe next door. Please enjoy your stay! We are so sorry but no pets allowed.

The Winkler is a comfortable fully equipped 1BR / 1 BA apartment above our detached 3 garage @ The Tree House. Nestled in lush trees and landscaping in the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Named after Henry Winkler who played the Fonz on Happy Days, (because he lived in the apt. over the Cunningham's garage). The apartment offers privacy and separation from the main house.
