Backbone State Park is three miles away. A great area for trout streams, hunting , hiking , golfing and snowmobling in the winter.

This house is located in the historic Freddy's Beach! The beach may be gone, but the spirit of friendliness and fun lives on! Talk a walk around the neighborhood, get a slice of Pizza, go fishing, go up the road to the new public beach, take your boat (or rent one) out on the water, or stay in and enjoy games, grilling, and relaxing. Nestled among 15 acres of rolling hills, the cabin can serve as a place to hunker down and read three novels, or a home base for hiking, cycling and putting the nature back in your life. Be advised, there is NO television and that’s for good reason. Cook, drink, eat, play, relax and refresh yourself. Wake up to the songs of birds and listen to the owls at night while you’re warming yourself around a bonfire.
