Holiday rentals with a patio in Den Oever

Mon partenaire et moi-même cherchions un endroit à la fois calme et nous permettant de rejoindre le centre de Amsterdam facilement. Non seulement le logement de Rob correspondait parfaitement à notre recherche, mais le calme du quartier et le goût de nos hôtes ont ajouté au plaisir que nous avons eu à séjourner ici. Nous ne pouvions rêver mieux pour fêter nos 14 ans ensemble, mon compagnon et moi-même ! Merci infiniment pour cette opportunité ! Nous recommandons vivement !

Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Dieses kleine Appartement hat alles, was man benötigt. ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man sich für einen Kurzurlaub wünscht. Die Lage ist toll. Da ich mit Hund gereist bin, hat mir sehr gut gefallen, dass man sofort die Möglichkeit hat mit dem Hund "im Grünen" zu laufen, sobald man das Grundstück verlässt. Das gesamte Anwesen ist ein Traum, der Garten ist ein Paradies. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Einfach perfekt! Mein Aufenthalt bei Maja war absolut großartig. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot alles, was ich für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt brauchte. Maja ist eine unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die sich sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste kümmert. Ihre Tipps für die Umgebung waren fantastisch, und sie war immer erreichbar, wenn ich Fragen hatte. Ich habe mich hier wie zu Hause gefühlt und würde definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Maja, für diese wundervolle Erfahrung!

We had a wonderful stay! Matthew’s Airbnb is perfectly situated in central Haarlem—close to cafes, shops, Grote Markt and the train station. We greatly appreciated having use of a full kitchen, a washer (and then hung dry our clothes), and ample space for our family of 4, including 2 young kids. Of note, there are somewhat narrow stairs to get up to the unit, which seems to be common in Dutch residences. Would gladly book again!

the apartment is located close to a range of shops,restaurants and bars. Very easy to travel to and from the main airport, either by bus or train. Comfy bed, well equipped, clean and quiet.

Our stay was perfect for our family. We were grateful to have one of the few airbnb's with no stairs, so access with luggage was a breeze! The unit was in a private quiet courtyard and perfect for our kids. Very easy access to public transport and beautiful views of the Amstel right across the road. Our host was so helpful and communicative the whole time, we felt perfectly at home. Very grateful to have found this place!

Lauriane’s apartment was wonderful - the location was close to the center of Amsterdam making it easy to see everything we wanted to see. The fact that Lauriane has opened up her personal home gives this airbnb a cozier feeling than most but can make it challenging to settle in for extended stays. Nevertheless, we loved the location and felt right at home. Lauriane was responsive and kind, sending us a list of her favorite things to do! PS: Pack lightly! The stairs can be more difficult than they look with luggage!

The apartment is well-equipped, clean and tidy, and I think we had just about everything we could have needed for our stay. The apartment is a stones throw from the railway station, which is very handy! It’s also close to Dam square, and many other attractions. Including shopping, restaurants and bars, with only a 10 minute walk to the closest Metro station to get around the city. We had a lovely time and highly recommend Maria’s place. *Note that there are two flights of steep stairs to the apartment, but that didn’t cause us any difficulty.

Great place & great host who responded quickly to our questions… easy check in & out…. Great location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood but within walking distance of stores and even the historic old Kampen… we visit Kampen often to visit family and will also look for her listing…!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll eingerichtet, besonders die nagelneue und hochwertige Küche hat uns begeistert. Sogar Strandspielzeug für die Kinder war vorhanden. Der Strand ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was perfekt für entspannte Tage am Meer war. Auch die Lage ist super – sowohl Amsterdam als auch Alkmaar sind gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Das war mein erstes Mal, dass ich über Airbnb gebucht habe – und es hat meine Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen! Vonny ist eine unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit für Fragen oder Unterstützung zur Verfügung steht. Die Wohnung ist geräumiger als auf den Fotos und sehr stilvoll sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet – gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Bett ist super bequem, ich habe hervorragend geschlafen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, sogar mit Gewürzen zum Kochen – perfekt für alle, die gerne selbst kochen. Die Wohnanlage ist ruhig gelegen und bietet eine schöne Umgebung – ideal zum Entspannen. Ich war mit dem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden und komme gerne wieder. Ich kann die Unterkunft bei Vonny wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir haben zu fünft bei Janine gewohnt. Und obwohl es Hochsommer war und wir viel am Strand waren, gab es auch ein paar trübere Tage. Da spielt die Wohnung dann ne wichtige Rolle und dass man sich zu fünft wohlfühlt. Dazu und natürlich auch generell war Janines Wohnung ein echtes Geschenk. Außerdem scheint Huisduinen etwas ab vom Touristen Mainstream zu liegen, was sehr angenehm ist. Gleichzeitig hat man direkt Zugang zum Meer und zu bezaubernden Stränden. Janine ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gasgeberin. Wir können Janines Wohnung ohne wenn und aber empfehlen.

Birgit was a fantastic host! Her home was perfect for our quick trip to Amsterdam. It is located close to public transportation (less then 10 minutes to Centraal Station) and a grocery story is around the corner. Birgit showed us around her place and explained how to use different features of the house. She helped map out the easiest routes around the city for us. She was always available and super friendly. We had a great time and cannot wait to visit again.

This was a great rental for our extended family visiting from the United States. The house was spacious and comfortable for a big group, and Joris/Julia/Theresa were very responsive and also helpful to provide baby supplies (pack 'n play, crib, etc.) for our 1-year-old, too. We especially loved the location of this home in a peaceful neighborhood, across the street from a playground, easily walkable to downtown Haarlem (30 minutes), and also with easy access to a main road by car/bike. We had a rental car and never had an issue with street parking. Would highly recommend this home to other travelers!

Anna-Marijke is an amazing host! Super friendly, enthusiastic, and always quick to respond. She sent me many great recommendations of things to do around Bergen. When our weekend unexpectedly took a turn for the worse because of a personal accident, she was incredibly kind and supportive. A very human and not business approach that was super appreciated. The little house is clearly made with a lot of care and love and its a wonderful place to stay. Definitely recommend and hope to return someday under different circumstances.

Wir haben uns direkt gut zurecht gefunden. Sandra sich hat bei Rückfragen direkt gemeldet und uns Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns ein Zuckerbrot und frische Eier vorbeigebracht. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Der Pool ist recht groß und wir haben dort mit 5 Erwachsenen Personen Platz gefunden. In die Sauna passen ca. 3-4 Personen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Bora was an excellent host! He left thoughtful touches like stroopwafels, a welcome note, and even an umbrella because rain was forecasted. The apartment was beautiful, warm, and cozy, with everything working perfectly. Communication was clear and smooth throughout. I highly recommend staying here—it was a pleasure!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön... Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und wie beschrieben. Yafit und Jerry sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war für unsere Ausflüge nach Amsterdam ideal – sowohl mit dem Bus als auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell und bequem in der Stadt. Wer eine gemütliche und gut angebundene Unterkunft für einen Amsterdam-Trip sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Words cannot express just how fortunate we were to find this place. Amanda is a fabulous host, responsive, friendly and so welcoming. The location is excellent, a short walk from the centre of town and likewise to the train station. So peaceful and handy amenities on the doorstep. The accommodation is so clean, stylish and homely, it could not have been improved. Thank you Amanda, you made our weekend truly special.

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben direkt am Strand, einmal über die Straße und die Aussicht morgens toll. Strandbars zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Walkable distance from Beverwijk station. From Amsterdam, you need to take NS which takes 32 mins. Frequency of train is every 20-30 mins. Nice place to stay. we reached late night as well and place is safe.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment! The location is perfect—right in the heart of De Pijp, surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants, and a lively street market. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the underground, which made getting around super easy. The apartment is stunning—spacious yet cozy, with a comfy couch and fireplace that made it a great place to unwind after exploring the city. We also loved the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom and bathroom—it added such a fun, unique touch. But the best part? The hosts. So kind, responsive, and welcoming. They made everything easy and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great apartment and home away from home while visiting Amsterdam. The apartment had great amenenities and was SUPER clean. Toby was a great communicator and worked with us to allow us to keep our luggage in the apartment since we had an evening flight. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes away from downtown via metro but only 10-15 via bikes. There are some restaurants nearby and the metro is within easy walking distance. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was the ideal size for our family.
