Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin and offers Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a cupboard, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a proper 18-cm mattress), a fully fitted kitchen, a dining room, and a shower room with a separate shower and toilet. On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Ability to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee 40€.

Welcome to the farm! We welcome you to the spacious, comfortably furnished and fully renovated house in a quiet location in the heart of the Loir Valley. You will find many activities in the surrounding area (sports, relaxation, nature, hiking, etc.). Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house.
