Denton House (downstairs only)

Our house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is very close to Texas Woman's University, and only a short drive from downtown, Loop 288, and the University of North Texas. We also offer weekly and monthly discounts during certain parts of the year. Our house backs into a beautiful city park that has tennis & basketball courts and a playground. (There is a fence between us and the park, and we have not put in a gate yet, so you will still walk from the street to reach the park.)

This apartment is brand new with all of the comforts of home. Quick access to I-35 makes it simple to travel every direction. We are about thirty minutes north of Dallas or Fort Worth. This space has WiFi, 2 smart TV's with Hulu+Live, washer and dryer, queen size bed and sofa bed with memory foam mattress. It has a fully equipped kitchen. We are pet friendly & behaved pets are welcome. We use a disinfecting UV light to sanitize between guests. We also have a rigorous cleaning protocol.
