This unit is a private lock-off attached to the back of our home & includes a mini fridge, freezer, microwave, & Keurig machine to make your visit more comfortable. There is not a full kitchen. The Platt Park area is one of the city's most desirable neighborhoods with Pearl Street's restaurants, shops, coffee, & even a local brewery one block away! Easy access to DTC, Washington Park, the freeway, public transit & downtown.

King size bed along w/ a huge couch. Enjoy the Colorado sunshine & beautiful backyard (smoking outside OK). The owner lives on the main level with his 2 friendly pups. Hot tub shared with upstairs residents + up to 2 guests in the unit above the garage. Fire pit availability dependent upon weather.

Only 3 miles from downtown, Rockies, Broncos and Ball Stadium. 20 min to Red Rocks. A perfect getaway!

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.
