Holiday rentals with a sauna in Denver

Convenient for staying downtown and building is a safe secure place.

I was in town with co-workers for a conference at the convention center. This allowed us to get away from it all with and also save money from a hotel for each of us. The place is great with plenty of room for three. While we didn't use the extra amenities, they appeared awesome. Loved the balconies! Around the property were plenty of restaurants that were walkable. Highly recommend.

This is our second time staying in Golden in one of Stefan and Bethany's places and it was great! Perfect spot to relax, work and enjoy the Golden vibes!

Great place super close to Union Station. Was great to have a gym and the view was top notch.

Great place, great location, close to everything, highly recommend! Place was perfect for quick staycation of our family of four. Teenage boys slept on the air mattress - way more comfy than expected. All pillows, sheets, comforter, and main bed, etc. was super comfy. Great view! I thought the photos were stock but there were actually the view from the balcony. In the three days we were there, we saw so much in the city - Union Station, 16th street mall, Museum of Illusions (recommend!), REI, The Highlands area, Wash Park. We also used the rec room in Natalie's building (billiards, shuffle board, etc.) and also played pickled ball outside. So fun! Great family mini vaca. Natalie's place had a cool vibe & clean. Her kitchen was staffed for what we needed for just a few days - we made easy, simple breakfast every morning and went out for all other meals. Parking car in the Everything you need for a city stay!

We just stayed at Brian’s place over Labor Day. He was incredibly helpful and let us check in early after a bad experience at another airbnb. His place is INCREDIBLE. 360 degree views of downtown Denver, the Rockies etc. We sat outside every evening - it was so lovely. He lives within walking distance of coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It was so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go from his place. Also the place itself is great- he has an incredible bathroom with a 3 head steam shower and a soaking tub. We will stay there the next time we are in Denver if it’s available!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mark and Jin were very responsive, the views were incredible, and the location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

David was a great host. He would respond to our messages very quickly at odd hours. The home was gorgeous and well kept, with beautiful decor. The hot tub was clean and relaxing! We would stay here again.

For 11 nerds who came to Denver for a Magic: The Gathering tournament this place was perfect! Cozy, clean, roomy, and a hot tub!

Ashi is a great host. She communicated well in advance and we did not have any issues at all. The place is pristine and well put-together. It's only a 15 minute drive from downtown Denver. Highly recommended if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place in Denver.

Airbnb was great, affordable, and in a quiet neighborhood close to a wide variety of delicious food and drink. The host was quick to respond and gave clear instruction. We arrived to Denver early and the host was accommodating and let us check in early.

Brian’s place was very unique and eclectic! We loved staying here! The hot tub, sauna and cold plunge gave us some much needed relaxation. Additionally he was a very nice and responsive host. Would def stay here again!!!

If you’re thinking about staying here, it is 100% worth the money! Not only was everything as described, there was also other fun surprises like the Giving Tree! Every room has its own theme and is equipped with an Alexa. The Alexa has a lot of fun features and makes controlling the lighting easy. Everything you need is at the house, including toiletries, condiments, and even snacks. There is also every board/party game that you would want there. The indoor smores bar was a great addition as the weather is not always the best during this time for a fire. The hot tub and sauna were amazing! Every amenity comes with instructions on how to use it so there’s no confusion. John has excellent hospitality and is a super responsive and attentive host! Everything in the house was made with love and there was a lot of thought put into it. If I could have stayed another day I would have. There is so much fun stuff to do that we didn’t even get to try it all out! Thank you so much!

Everything was great my friends and I LOVED the place and all the amenities/entertainment that was provided to us! Loved how quick and easy it was to check into the home and how aesthetically pleasing the home is. What some of us love the most was the gym, the game room, and the fit pit especially! Everything was clean and to our utmost expectations. Would definitely recommend this listing to future guests it’s worth it!
