Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Derby

Peter's house has anything we needed. Beautiful views from the house and quiet surroundings. Very cosy and comfortable stay for us after a long day out on our road trip.

Would definitely recommend staying. Kaz was very helpful and responded quickly. Close to Main Street and a short drive to Barnbougle for golf. Would definitely stay again. How was great!

The house was excellent, perfect for us. The kitchen and facilities were perfect for us and we did not want for anything. Had 3 days of golf and this place was perfect to comeback to and relax. Highly recommended.

‘Beach Daze’ was perfect for our family of 6 (+ two dogs) over the Easter weekend. The house was clean, beds were comfy and the kitchen contained everything you could possibly need. And a big backyard for pets! The location is great. A short walk along the foreshore to town and straight across the road from a spot of the creek dogs are allowed to exercise off lead.

Place is excellent and has everything you need. Great view and modern amenities.

This was one of the best Airbnbs I have ever been to. The location was amazing, since it was close to both Ben Lomond and Launceston, while still remaining incredibly serene and private. The wifi connection was the strongest I had seen for my entire trip through Tasmania, which was a pleasant relief. My only regret was not spending more time there. If I ever come back to Tasmania, I will make sure to spend at least 4 or 5 nights at the Airbnb, and do day trips out from there. Saw a spectacular display of the Aurora Australis at night as well!

Had an awesome weekend stay, the place matched its description and was perfect for our riding plans. It was nice to disconnect without Wi-Fi or TV. Just a small thought - the price felt potentially a tiny little bit high for the basic level of amenities offered.

The cabin is an absolutely gorgeous space and has everything you would need to enjoy your time in Derby. It’s been really thoughtfully put together - and that morning sun in the living and kitchen area is divine! Julia is a responsive and helpful host - when we reached out with some questions she quickly responded and sorted out what we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Mannaburne Cabin. Little hard to get to at first and the last bit of road is certainly a bit of a challenge but once we got there we were thrilled with it. Beautiful tranquil setting and the cabin itself is stunning the way it is set up. Very tastefully decorated and everything provided that you need for a comfartable stay. Fully functinable kitchen and comfy bed. Massive shower and good water pressure. The only thing for us that let it down a bit was the garden around it that doesn't seem to get looked after any more and the fact that the outside couch (which would he really lovely to lay on and relax) doesn't get covered and obviously little and large animals go and use it as their toilet......hence quite smelly and not that pleasant. Also found the windows and doors quite dirty. Anyway.....all in all had a wonderful stay there and would recommend it to everyone.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and really enjoyed it. The Airbnb was clean, cosy, and very private—perfect for a peaceful, romantic getaway. Highly recommend for couples looking to unwind and relax.

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at or pretty much as close to best as I’d expect. So lucky to have found Derby Rock Cabins, perfectly setup for an MTB holiday, way bigger and better than the photos on the listing. All amenities provided including tools and cleaning gear for the bikes, great for all the riding we did and for clean up afterward. House was super comfy for just lounging about, great view looking out over Derby too. Close enough to town to walk or ride to restaurants, drinks and the trails. Julia was fantastic to communicate with right from when we made the booking, all the way to our stay. She gave a few good local recommendations too that worked very well for us. Will definitely be top of the list when heading back up to Derby!

From the moment we walked up to the house we were drawn to the river front, absolutely stunning. The sound of silence! Wild life everywhere. We made use of the kayaks (new hobby incoming). This place is worth every scent from the quirky/eclectic decor to the hot tub and deck on the river. We will definitely be back! If I could give more than 5 stars it would be 100 👌
