Did what it said on the tin. Room was clean and comfortable. The flat I stayed in was the top floor flat so the room's roof was slanted, so maybe not the best for tall people but wasn't that bad

It's our second time staying here. We like it because the apartment is clean and it's located right in the center of Derby. Also the whole complex is new. The representative Kim was always on seen, friendly and very helpful. It was a great stay and we are highly recommend to anyone

The warm welcome and proactiveness from the check-in speak volumes. The receptionists are extremely good. The environment is welcoming and superb. Their quick response is top-notch.
