Holiday rentals with a pool in Derbyshire Dales District

Lovely stay, very responsive to any problems and very professional.

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse - the postcode took us to the farm, but the cottages were close by and easy to find. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery and there was plenty of space for 10. The kids loved the swimming pool and football field. Highly recommended.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. The space is great and as an extra bonus, you get to use a heated pool and brilliant games room. We went early Jan and there was loads of snow, as well as pretty cold temperatures, but the house warmed up very quickly and we were always more than comfortable. The property is close enough to Bakewell for a short drive or taxi ride, should you want to venture into town. We're thinking about going back in the summer.

What a wonderful stay at Manor Farm. The house was beautiful, well maintained, extremely spacious and very comfortable. The surrounding countryside was stunning, with great food being served in nearby pubs and plenty of places to visit. Great space for youngsters too, with the wildlife - baby rabbits, sheep and birds and of course the swimming pool and games room, all of which they loved. Thanks to the hosts for their welcome and hospitable atmosphere.

Great value for money. Can't stress enough how friendly and reliable the staff were. We had a lovely week stay, the house was clean, the beds were comfy and the scenery was perfect. We were informed of the booking system for the swimming pool and games room, so you could have the room to yourself which was great. The pool was clean, the games room was kept tidy and the house surroundings were really lovely to walk around. You can tell the grounds were well maintained and kept in good shape as the workers never stopped, but were always so friendly. This property is perfect for bike riders, walkers and pub crawlers. You couldn't get bored.

Very pleased with our weekend stay. it is set up with activities to keep you entertained and two massive TVs we connected multiplayer games to.. they were also very helpful when we mashed the parking situation and needed to be told to change things and were very polite in doing so. very very clean top to bottom. my only criticism is there were no tea towels!! other than that - good value place in a nice area close to central Leicester with decent hosts. thanks for putting us up. xxx

We had the most amazing stay here and would definitely recommend. The Chapel itself is a beautiful building and the interior is stunning. Lots of lovely little touches like leaving bath robes in each room. There are even some friendly horses in the field next door! Definitely worth a visit :)

We loved our stay here! We would highly recommend, staff were really friendly Sad times reception and in the pool! The pool is lovely and we had it all to ourselves. Highly recommend and super convenient for the national arboretum museum and would recommend a visit to Barton marina if you are that way for lunch. The bar was a little pricey, £17 for 2 gin and tonics! That’s the only grumble, still 5 stars ⭐️

An excellent and very pleasant place to stay, at a good price. The accommodation was thoughtfully presented, and pristine – the high standard of cleanliness was much appreciated by us. The buildings, the farm, the village and the surroundings are all wonderful and we felt most fortunate to be there. Our hosts were very pleasant too. We had a lovely stay at this truly stunning apartment in a perfect location! Host was super helpful and responsive with a lovely welcome gift upon arrival. The photos don’t do this apartment justice. Peaceful and quiet area with easy parking great swimming pool and gym. The apartment literally had everything! We’ll be back!! 😀

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

Excellent hosts and accommodation. My family and I had a very pleasant stay here, the place was comfortable and well equipped. The grounds surrounding the house are impressive, peaceful and well kept. The hosts, Pam and John were both super friendly and helpful. One my fav AirBnBs!
