Newly converted barn into a luxury cottage with your private hot tub 4 bedrooms! The kitchen and living area is all open plan which is great to keep Conversation following! There is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs, the bedroom has a great view down the fields! Upstairs there is a king size bed with a ensuite, family bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms! You have a private patio area to the rear of the cottage where the hot tub is so you can relax in peace! Also keep a look out for the barn owl!!

Spinney Farm cottage is set in an idyllic rural location on a quiet country lane overlooking the village of Bonsall. Footpaths on your doorstep lead you into the beautiful countryside. Spinney Farm is the home to a herd of alpacas which you are welcome to visit and you may also see the cows from Puddle Hill farm in the nearby fields. Spinney Farm cottage is set in a dry stone wall enclosure therefore a safe and secure place for children to play and for you to sit and relax.

The Old Cattle Barn – Peak District, Valley View

A beautifully renovated stone barn in the Peak District, set within the grounds of a Grade II* listed farm dating back to 1640. Meticulously transformed from the original cattle stalls into a modern, rustic two-bed, two-bath cottage in 2023, it retains the character of the original building. From this rural location on the Peak District National Park boundary, there are breathtaking valley views across Bradbourne Brook, while the barn is just a 10-minute drive from Ashbourne.
