Overall, we were very satisfied and everything was as described. Mr. Fatih was interested. The house has all the amenities and gives you the money you paid. It is very well thought out that there are two air conditioners in the house. The house was clean and it was very good to be close to Dalyan and Koycegiz in terms of location

Absolutely wonderful, this delightful apartment is a great example of how an Airbnb should be. Such a warm welcome, we were made to feel so at home. Thoughtfully prepared with plenty of the basic supplies. Couldn’t be nicer.

It was just a great stay. The view, the cleanliness, the location was super. In the castle, I was saying that since the vehicle does not enter and there are stairs, we will definitely have a hard time with a stroller. They showed a very short way to get down, you go directly to the marina, it takes 1 minute. So we had no trouble getting up and down with the child. The house was so clean that we took off our shoes and entered, it felt like home. The view was amazing. We ate at the restaurants downstairs and came home right away and enjoyed the view. If I come to Marmaris again, I will stay here again and recommend everyone around me to stay there with peace of mind.

Superb apartment, great decoration very convenient location in the hurt of town, perfectly furnished and functional. We enjoy all the way our holidays ,we didn't leave the area ,everything was in a waking distance less than five minutes, shops , banks , restaurants,coffee bars,pharmacy apothec, mini markets. We didn't have to use any local transportation or taxis because the beach is only five minutes by foot , the old Town and the harbor eight minutes approximately and the temple of Apollo fifteen minutes. The apartment is very quiet with easy-going stairs and elevator with a very nice and comfortable terrace, large beds and big screen TV in all bedrooms, absolutely relaxing the sitting hall with smart TV and connected to a spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Closing my comments i would like to thanks the owner for providing us a special welcome with local wine, sweets and a selection of coffee and teas and of course very useful informations. Great experience , highly recommend!

We prefer it every time we come to Muğla. Our house is quite clean. Everything you may need is available and in modern use. Quiet, calm, spacious, away from the noise of the city in terms of location. Sea & forest views on our balcony.. The reception is friendly, caring. I feel at home every time I come. We very much appraciate our stay in this beautiful 1 bedroom apartments in a small condominium located in a walking distance to Marmaris historical center, port and bus station. The apratments are situated on a 2nd floor of a new building in a very private surroundings, with pine forest, the small and nice swimming pool and outside kitchen/barbeque area. The apartments were very clean nicely decorated and furnished, the kitchen was fully stoked. TV, AC, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and cloth washing machines are like new and works perfect. Nice and relaxing view from the balcony to the pool area and forest. Private parking is provided and very convinient. Definely will return back to this place next year. Highly recomment it.
