Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Deschutes River

This home was in an amazing location, right on the river, very private, right next to Belknap Hot Springs lodge. The private wooden hot spring fed tub was delightful. The home is geothermally heated which is quite interesting, and it was cozy and warm inside, we didn’t need to adjust the thermostat or use the wood stove. The home is tastefully decorated and we loved all the natural light and windows. The deck space looked great but it was raining so we didn’t spend a lot of time outside, but we loved opening the door on the river side to hear the river and appreciate the view. The king bed in the loft is so comfortable, and the home overall was very inviting. We didn’t use the downstairs room but it looked very nice (had king bed, large TV, small refrigerator, etc.), I would definitely recommend this home if you want a getaway in the woods near hot springs.

Perfect place to stay, especially for those who travel to play at Mt. Bachelor. The unit has a heated ski closet with boot warmers, ample space to hang and store gear! The facilities at the resort are all great, especially for families traveling with children. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

This condo was the perfect base for our skiing vacation! Located just a 17-minute drive to the Mt. Bachelor lifts and 15 minutes to downtown Bend, it offered the ideal blend of convenience and comfort. The three bedrooms each had their own bathrooms, ensuring privacy for everyone, and the couch was surprisingly comfortable for our fourth guest (me!). The property is fantastic for families with kids, boasting amenities like mini golf, Frisbee golf, swimming pools, jacuzzies, and four Pickleball courts. With so much to offer, we’ve decided to make this our go-to spot for future Mt. Bachelor ski trips!

We had a great stay at Mark and Cindy’s. Their instructions were laid out perfectly, and it was very easy to find their place. They leave no room for improvement, including items that you only need on rare occasions (a flashlight!). Our checkout instructions were clear and simple, and they made us feel like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. Great nights rest in a quiet neighborhood. Cheers!

Loved the home! The home felt so comfortable and the beds/linens were wonderful! Clean everything. Plenty of space for my family. Also, you can see shooting stars at night while in the hot tub. Hosts were wonderful! Sunriver is a beautiful place to visit!

Don’s cottage in Bend had it all. The location was perfect—just a short distance from downtown, but it felt like a peaceful retreat. The location is private and serene with a fair amount of wildlife — squirrels digging for nuts, birds chirping and even white-tailed deer munching on the lawn right in the backyard. The trail behind the cottage that winds along the Deschutes River was a gorgeous bonus. The cottage itself felt like home—cozy, welcoming, and stocked with everything one could possibly need. Don was a fantastic host, and would happily stay here again.
