Located 300 m from the beach of Fort Royal, villa Mabouya has a beautiful sheltered terrace without opposite with a view of a beautiful garden of 900 m2 and its private pool of 8m by 4m (protected by an alarm). On the left is the part including a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and the kitchen. On the right, a hallway leading to 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds of 80 or 1 bed of 160 and a bathroom.
