Our apartment in the village of Schwarz (Calbe/Saale) is part of an old four-sided courtyard in family ownership. Schwarz is just a stone's throw from the Saale Cycle Path and a few kilometers from the Elbe Cycle Path. If you close the courtyard gate, you leave everyday life behind in the courtyard under grapevines. Or you can start from here to the highlights of the region: Dessau, Quedlinburg, Harz, Magdeburg – but maybe just the next lake. Perfect for cyclists, families or to write your book in peace.

The apartment (100 square meters) in the attic of a Gründerzeit house is laid out with oak parquet and fully air-conditioned. It has a 50 square meter living room with open kitchen and adjoining loggia (10 square meters), two bedrooms and two bathrooms (bathtub/ shower). Location: close to the city center and the train station (500 m each). City park with playground and indoor swimming pool are about 200 meters away. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard, a car in the private parking lot (150 m).

In our central large apartment, up to 6 people can stay overnight in beautiful Delitzsch. Warm in winter thanks to underfloor heating, pleasant in summer thanks to the location on the ground floor. Each bedroom features twin beds with EmmaOne mattresses, plenty of storage space and a workstation. For a nice time together, there is a sitting area with smart TV, in addition to the dining area in the fully equipped kitchen. In the bathroom, there is a shower and tub, a washing machine + washer-dryer.

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

In our cozy and comfortably furnished basement apartment with hallway, kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom, you will feel at home with a maximum of 4 people will quickly feel comfortable. Additional beds are possible. You can park your car right at the apartment and have access to the beautiful city forest for great walks. You can go downtown or "get rolls" by prior arrangement with our bicycles, which only takes about 15 minutes. However, they are not touring bikes.

By bike it is 3 km to the Goitzsche Forest, by car 15 minutes to the free parking lot at Lake Goitzsche.
