For these extras (jakuzzi, sauna, car charging) we charge a supplement of €10 per use, allowing to maintain high quality and cleanliness of services.

Studio Lipa is a self-catering accommodation located in Maribor. Free WiFi access is available. The property is 6 km from Mariborsko Pohorje Ski resort, and 1.5 km from the Europark Shopping Centre. This studio apartment will provide you with a TV, a terrace and a seating area. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave and a dining area. The bathroom has a shower and comes with slippers and a hairdryer.

Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.
