Located less than 5 minutes from the Niort East exit of the highway (A10/A83), 5 minutes from Niort, 45 minutes from Poitiers and La Rochelle, 1.5 hours from Nantes, this rental is ideal for your business trips (Mutuelles, etc.) or for a tourist stay (Poitevin marsh). Cleaning fee of €40 extra on request.
