Beautiful apartment of 70 square meters refurbished in April 2021. Located on the second floor of a historic building in the heart of the old town of La Rochelle. It is warm and through, so it provides you with light all day long. It consists of a beautiful living room with open kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Thanks to the sound insulation, it allows you to benefit from all the advantages of city life without the disadvantages.

Very bright, modern, 2 bedroom apartment (58 m2), rated 4* by Charentes Tourisme on 6/8/2023. This apartment consists of an entrance, living room, semi-open kitchen, bedroom, shower room. Special care is taken in the decoration and equipment of the apartment, to make you feel at home. Towels and bed sheets are provided. Parking is included in the rental. I provide you with the Vieux Port public parking card which gives you access to a free space.

Superb loft-style flat at 2 steps from the centre!

Very nice apartment completely renovated like a loft in a house of character. Large living room bathed in light thanks to its numerous openings allowing to take advantage of the sun rays, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a mezzanine accommodating a bed 160. A large bedroom with cupboards and shower room. A few minutes walk from downtown and on the direct axis to the island of Re. Settle down, you are at home!

Apartment ideally located in the city center of La Rochelle, two minutes walk from the central market. It is located in the heart of the historic center, shopping streets, restaurants and the Old Port. Comfortable and bright apartment on the first floor. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms each with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. I am currently looking for a parking space, I have not yet found one for this year.
