Our studio is located in a beautiful wooded garden. You will appreciate the interior wood atmosphere and contemporary comfort (equipped kitchen, oven, stove, internet...). Located less than 5 minutes from the Niort East exit of the highway (A10/A83), 5 minutes from Niort, 45 minutes from Poitiers and La Rochelle, 1.5 hours from Nantes, this rental is ideal for your business trips (Mutuelles, etc.) or for a tourist stay (Poitevin marsh). Cleaning fee of €40 extra on request.

The "Aubépine" chalet offers calm and rejuvenation on the Saint-Michel estate, a haven of peace and greenery dating back to the Templars. Fully equipped, it ideally accommodates up to 2 couples with children or 6 adults. You will enjoy the covered terrace and quick access to all the activities in the wooded park. The terrace room is not accessible from November to mid-April. You therefore have a 2nd 2-bedroom chalet (sleeps 4) nearby of 20 m, for the same price.
