This exquisite country cottage is a romantic, cosy and comfortable place to spend quality time as a couple or as a small family or group. Every effort has been taken to make it special: Hypnos beds, luxury linens, wood burner, cosy throws, toiletries, 2 Smart TVs, outdoor dining. The location is perfect; peaceful countryside but only 18 minutes from Bath with a bus at the end of the road. Take stunning walks from the doorstep, walk to the local pub or visit many NT properties and Cotswold towns.

The open-plan kitchen and sitting room feature exposed brick accents, with a large sofa facing a coffee table. A dining table with wooden chairs occupies one area, while a staircase leads to the upper level. Bright lighting enhances the inviting atmosphere.

Park Cottage is a 3 double bedroom cottage with an open plan kitchen & sitting room in a quiet, town-centre location 3 minutes from great bars & restaurants. There isn't a garden but there is a small, quiet park next to the cottage. The master bedroom (king) & ensuite, family bathroom with separate shower & bath. 2nd bedroom (king). 3rd room (king). There is a double sofa bed in the sitting-room - so it can sleep up to 8 comfortably. Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven etc but no washing machine.

A cozy living area features a blue sofa adorned with vibrant cushions and a large ottoman. Framed artwork decorates the walls, and a blue side table holds decorative items. Natural light filters through a window, complemented by soft yellow curtains.

Whilst staying , you have the opportunity to walk round the stunning fields and gardens on site and enjoy the peaceful village . Attractions such as Lacock village and Castle Coombe and Malmesbury are a short drive away as well as the bustling cities of Bath (around 25 mins ) and Bristol ( around 40 Minutes ) easy to reach

A little haven away from the hustle & bustle of daily life but also a short drive away from Bath, Bristol & many other beautiful spots. Rural cottage on our family farm. Beautifully decorated and full of character. Large garden & plenty of parking. Well equipped Kitchen diner and log burner with good supply of logs in sitting room. Large flat screen in sitting room and television in both bedrooms. Upstairs bathroom & loo and additional shower room & loo downstairs Lots of lovely walks in the area and village pub also in walking distance. Close to Devizes & Marlborough with good independent shops and restaurants
