Park Cottage is a 3 double bedroom cottage with a charming open plan kitchen & sitting room in a quiet, town-centre location 3 minutes from great bars & restaurants. There isn't a garden but there is a small, quiet park next to the cottage. The master bedroom (king) & ensuite, family bathroom with separate shower & bath. 2nd bedroom (king). 3rd room (king). There is a double sofa bed in the sitting-room - so it can sleep up to 7. Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven etc but no washing machine.

An open living area features a high vaulted ceiling supported by exposed wooden beams. A comfortable seating arrangement includes two sofas adorned with various cushions. A central coffee table rests on a light-colored rug, while natural light floods the space through large windows.

Rural cottage on our family farm. Beautifully decorated and full of character. Large garden & plenty of parking. Well equipped Kitchen diner and log burner with good supply of logs in sitting room. Large flat screen in sitting room and television in both bedrooms. Upstairs bathroom & loo and additional shower room & loo downstairs Lots of lovely walks in the area and village pub also in walking distance. Close to Devizes & Marlborough with good independent shops and restaurants
