Furlong Cottage is a perfect bolthole for a quiet farm escape in the South Hams. A beautiful compact, but roomy, single level detached cottage situated near Dartmouth & Salcombe beaches just 7 mins away. Pretty footpaths directly from property. Fabulous views from the fields with sea in the distance. Dark night skies. Lots of wildlife. Parking outside the door. Perfect for couples that seek a retreat, with a bit of luxury in the middle of the countryside on a quiet farm. Excellent pubs nearby.

Purpose built bungalow/annexe in the back garden that can be shared. Own entrance and patio outside with level access. Shared garden with a lock on the gate so safe for children. Newly built property that allows you to have privacy with all your home comforts provided. There is free shared parking at property and surrounding streets. We are 1.5 miles from the beach, 1 mile from train station with a bus stop 2 minute walk away. We are near to the Exe trail. Exeter city is 8 miles away.

It is a few minutes drive to the small town of Plympton with usual amenities and a little longer into the Ocean City of Plymouth. It is within 30 minutes of the beaches of South Devon and Cornwall. Lovely light and spacious bungalow set in our beautiful gardens with a stream running through the middle of it. The Bungalow is carpeted throughout except for the kitchen and bathroom. Perfectly located for exploring Dartmoor, and the beaches along the south coast. Plenty of off-road parking. Great base for walking or cycling or just relaxing on the patio or strolling around our fields which have frontage to the River Teign. Several local country pubs nearby.
