Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Arroyo Studio

Located in the old downtown area of Castroville, at the corner of Lisbon and Naples Street, this studio guesthouse was once the kitchen area of the Schmidt House which was built in 1870 according to the Texas Historical Survey Committee. The original home sits on site but is inaccessible pending restoration efforts.
