Monthly Rentals in Dibër County

I stayed at Armand's place for five weeks and had a wonderful experience! It is a great central location close to the New Bazaar and all it's restaurants as well as a ton of markets, restaurants and cafes. Also a great location for walking most places in Tirana. It's very close to Toptani Plaza (10 minute walk) which was great because I went there every day to go to the gym (Limitless Fitness on the top floor). Armand was prompt in his communication and was always checking in on me to see if there's anything I needed. When I told him that I would love a microwave, BOOM!, the next day he brought a brand new one to the apartment. Incredible! He really cares about his guests. This place is perfect for long term stays. He also made sure that the place was professionally cleaned a couple times while I was there and changed sheets regularly. Highly recommend staying here!

We were very happy to find such a nice place for our stay. We came to Tirana for the tournament, so accommodation was amazing for us as we could go to our club by walking. Bora is a very nice Owner, who was always in touch, open, friendly and ready to assist at any moment. In the apartment we had all the needful things, so by being there for almost 2 weeks we felt rather comfortable cause generally it was very cozy. Thanks once again for hospitality!

Good location, good studio and Eni help me with all, great place to stay

The place was like a converted storefront with lots of space and reasonable beds. It is perfect for friends or family traveling together. However, the location was right next to a cafe that was down a narrow sidewalk which we found by chance. If you are a light sleeper or sleep in, be warned that there is a gym right below, so music will start blasting at 7 am or earlier. Overall, great value!
