Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Accommodation located less than 15 minutes from the Nevers Magny Cours circuit near Nevers, Decize and the Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire vineyards. 2 minutes from the bike path (side canal to the Loire). Bakery and nautical stopover nearby. The accommodation: 2 beds 90 x 190 (possibility to put them together on request), 1 bathroom, 1 kitchenette open to the living room. Private parking. Outside: terrace, plancha, garden chairs.

Chaumes de Villeneuve "The Chalet"

Located a few km from Châtillon en Bazois, in the centre of France, only 3 hours from Paris, the "Chalet des Chaumes de Villeneuve" is located in the middle of a large garden and surrounded by hundred-year-old oaks, all a few steps from the Nivernais Canal. Its unique character and the calm of the place will offer you an authentic and comfortable stay in the heart of the Nièvre, in the Bazois, with views of the Morvan. Close to amenities: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy within 10 mins.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

There is also an elevator, this peaceful retreat will seduce you in a pleasant small town. 1 km walk to train station and supermarkets 750 meters from downtown and its amenities (bakery, tobacco, bar etc...)

Close to the Loire and the Canal du Nivernais, a pretty detached house located in the city centre. Comprising a large, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. Enclosed outdoor area with terrace and summer kitchen. Parking in enclosed inner courtyard. Sheets and towels included for the stay. Amenities nearby (bakery, bar, restaurants, tobacco shop, butcher...). About 1 km from the train station and supermarkets.
