Charming village house, completely renovated. We wanted to preserve the soul and authentic charm of this house by combining it with all modern comforts. A 2-step walk from the center and a 10-minute walk to the lake, our DienVilla will offer you all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay and to discover all the riches of our region. A little nod and pun about the name we chose for our house. In 864 the village of Dienville was called Dienvilla!!

Comfortable renovated apartment of 45 m2 located on the port, including: 2 bedrooms with a double bed in one bedroom and in the other a bunk bed, a living room equipped with a sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, stove, coffee maker and washing machine), bathroom and toilet. Note: booking for 2 nights minimum! Extra bed linen and towels. Travel cot at extra cost. Restaurant, lake beach nearby and many activities.

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Relax in this quiet and stylish place. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, vineyards and factory stores. On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area. On the same level, you have a bedroom, shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
