40 minutes from Troyes, at the foot of Lac d 'Amance, with its port, beach and water sports, independent house on enclosed grounds, located in the heart of Dienville where you will find a bakery, a grocery store, a bar/tobacco, restaurants. The cottage is fully equipped for baby reception: 2 umbrella beds, baby high chair, scalable chair, sunbed, dishes, changing table with bathtub, park... Beds made on arrival, towels and linens provided, end of stay cleaning at extra cost, heating, wood and electricity included in the price of the stay. On the ground floor, you will have a spacious living room with open kitchen, dining room with wood stove, foosball and pinball, living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2 extra people with a contribution of €15/night/person), a double bedroom, a bathroom (bathtub + double sink), a separate toilet, a laundry room. Upstairs, 2 twin bedrooms each with 2 90x190 beds including 2 beds that can be brought together as a double bed, 2 double bedrooms including one with a crib up to 12 years old (70x160), a bathroom (shower + vanity + wc) and a lingerie. For lovers of reading and board games, you will be delighted by the variety offered. Outside, you will have 2 terraces (1 garden lounge and 1 lounge with armchairs), barbecue, parasol, deckchairs, children's armchairs, swing, trampoline, basketball basket, 5 adult bikes including 1 with child seat and 1 trailer for transporting children.

Bring the whole family to this great place (2 to 6 people) with lots of room for fun. This pretty village house has been designed for families, the decoration is very neat, enough to make you want to put your bags down for a long time. You can discover the beautiful lake region, the port of Dienville 2 minutes from the house with its water activities and restaurants, the Orient Forest, the beautiful city of Troyes and the Nigloland amusement park located 15 minutes away.

nola's pretty detached house in Dienville village. 30 min from Troyes, 2.5 hours from Paris, a few minutes walk from the city center you will find the port, the beach, its restaurants, shops and its activities (jetski, bike,...) Nigloland park 15 min by car, tree climbing 30 min. you will arrive at the house with parking in front, in the enclosed courtyard or in a locked garage. House consisting of a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms and a toilet.

Comfortable house accessible to people with disabilities. Separate kitchen,bathroom. Living room accommodating a double bed, a convertible BZ bed of 160. Terrace and enclosed garden with private parking. Very quiet place without vis-à-vis to recharge. Located 500m (5 min walk) from the beach of Port Dienville, and its restaurants, in the heart of the eastern forest. Nigloland at 10mn (13km). Troyes 30mn (35km) with its pedestrian streets and factory shops.

A little nod and pun about the name we chose for our house. In 864 the village of Dienville was called Dienvilla!!
