Former fisherman's house, now a comfortable property. Perfectly located, close to restaurants, the harbour and amenities, 15 minutes from the beach, 18 minutes from the train station and 20 minutes from the casino. Over four levels, on the ground floor, there is the dining room and the open-plan kitchen. On the first floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed for two and a shower room with a toilet. On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with a double bed and a work area. In the 3rd attic space, fitted out with a double bed. Free on-street parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, self-check-in.
