Luminous renovated 75m², high ceilings and very charming apartment with a sophisticated decoration and in the heart of the trendy Chatelain area (close to Louise and his high standing shops). The apartment is located 200m from one of the best bakeries of Brussels "Saint-Aulaye". The area is full of little designer shops, concept stores, trendy bars and restaurants and there's a lovely market every Wednesday on the main square located 400m from the apartment. Confort and Silence in Saint-Gilles (Louise)

The apartment is 67 m². Very bright and silent. It 's next to the Dillens (a bar where you can get a break first), The justice's palace and the "Door Louise". It's perfect for business traveler alone or a couple, not for people who don't share intimacy. This old house has been transformed to isolate noise from one apartment to another and it's for quiet people only. The district is quiet, the street very low traffic. the bedroom is on the garden's side. I'm living in the house.

The pearl of this region is still the viper, one of the rarest reptiles in Flanders. Besides hiking and biking, the area is also suitable for day trips like visiting the 'Lilse Bergen' in summer (4.1km), the abbey of Westmalle (13km), Lilse Golf & Country (2.2km). Antwerp is also with 40km not very far.

De hoeve heeft een 1 ha grote kindvriendelijke tuin met biologische moestuin, hoogstamboomgaard, geiten- en schapenweide, hooiland,stro-lemen stal. De omgeving is een wandel en fietsparadijs tussen rijkelijke kastelen, boomgaarden , weilanden en mooie haspengouwse dorpjes.
