In the immediate vicinity there are shops, a pharmacy, gas stations and restaurants. Down the hill, beautiful idyllic paths invite you to bike and hike.

Parking right in front of the house. Behind the garden is the recreational area with forest and meadows. The city can be reached in 15 minutes.

One double bedroom is available, and the sofa can also be used as a sofa bed for another person. Direct parking is available right in front of the house.

The beautiful Flora-Westfalica, with its state garden show grounds and the Emssee, can be reached on foot in three minutes. Up to four guests can be accommodated in our beautiful basement apartment, which is located directly on the Teutoburg Forest and close to the Hermannsweg! The apartment is centrally located in Borgholzhausen and yet very quiet in a cul-de-sac in a residential area with single-family houses. All shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance (baker also on Sundays!). Fantastic hiking trails start right by the house.

A cozily furnished, centrally located apartment, for a stay in Borgholzhausen for 1-2 people in a 4-party house (2nd floor) 52 square meters consisting of: living/bedroom (bed 1.40 x 2 m), kitchen (fully equipped), bathroom (shower and tub), storage room. In the immediate vicinity is Aldi, Edeka and a gas station. The city center is within walking distance. In the 300 sqm garden you can spend relaxing hours in fine weather.

The apartment on the second floor is located in an apartment building with twelve apartments (built in 1958) with a correspondingly simple environment.

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me.
