Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Traditional wood and stone apartment with a beautiful view to the village and the mountains of the area. The apartment is within walking distance (300m) from the main road. It can accommodate up to 6 people, offering a double bed in the bedroom, two sofas which can be converted into beds in the living room, and a bunk bed in the hall. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee filter machine and toaster. Moreover, there is a separated bathroom and a restroom.

The property is a traditional renovated house, 5 minutes walk from the center of Arachova where you can find restaurants, coffee shops, bars and beautiful shops for souvenirs or fashion shopping. It has a brand new bathroom and a newly renovated kitchen, fully equipped. The spacious bedroom has a comfortable double bed ideal for a couple. We provide a private parking space, as it is difficult to find a parking space in the narrow streets of our village.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο την αγορά και την πλατεία Μανουσάκια, και 5 λεπτά απο το λιμάνι και τις παραλίες. Εάν διαθέτετε αυτοκίνητο υπάρχει αρκετός χώρος για να παρκάρετε, ακριβώς έξω απο το σπίτι.
