Aparthotel holiday rentals in District 1

Perfect place! Was so clean and the host communicated well with us and answered all our needs! The location was good and had plenty shops just a few minutes down the road! The WiFi didn’t work at times during our stay mainly during busy hours at the cafe which was downstairs but this did not affect our stay. We would have extended for even longer if it wasn’t already booked out! My partner was injured and it was a perfect place for him to relax! Definitely recommend

Everything was fine! The rooms have been very clean! I absolutely can recommend this accomodation. The Hotel is a little bit outside of the center, but theres a free shuttle at fixed times to the center and back, by the Hotel boat.

Perfect place for a solo traveler. The room had everything I needed for my short stay. Convenient location and very friendly host. I will re-book next time I visit HCMC.

Overall, superb location and host (Kiyo) was very responsive with my last minute booking. Apartment itself has everything one would need for a short stay, though the room I received had a smaller living room than in the pictures, though the little balcony next to the bedroom definitely made up for it! Top floor room will require walking up a couple short flights of stairs (not an issue personally). Huyen was very accommodating with my early check in and was very responsive. Would definitely return.

Kiyo’s place is located in the prime location of Ho Chi Minh City, although the street that it is located on is a red-light district. We were surprised and amused to see this, as a lot of pretty girls call onto single / group of men to get “massages” at their massage shop. We took this as entertainment but everyone may not. Other than the location, the amenities are good and hosts are good. It would be helpful if the host could communicate in English though, but we could manage without it.

Located in Japan town, Group 1. It's good value for money and clean. There is a vegan massage shop nearby, so you can see it. Internal components, cleanliness, laundry and cleaning support are all good.

I had a great stay here! The locality is well-connected to major areas, making commuting easy. Despite the convenience, the area is peaceful, offering a perfect balance. Plus, there are some nice cafes nearby to relax and unwind. Highly recommend

Great value option for the central tourist district of HCMC.

Kiyo's listing is wonderful. The pictures are quite accurate, a little bit of mould in the bathroom on the side of the tub but it didn't bother me. Free laundry was a great touch it's a bakery cum Airbnb so the bakery staff check you in. water filter in the room is a great touch too! Just check if the Japan town area is suitable for you before you book, I was just not aware but didn't feel unsafe even one bit

Good location, clean and spacious room, good price!

Very kind and friendly family business . Very clean and tidy apartments, as I stayed in two as I ended up extending another night. Free laundry which was a lovely touch. Great value for money would recommend and revisit again.
