非常に素晴らしい施設です。ホーチミンに滞在するのであればここが最適でしょう。 滞在先のフロアからショッピングモールは専用のエレベーターで直結です。1階またはB3階に行くことができます。１階のエレベーター乗り場からはすぐにLê Thánh Tôn通りに出ることができます。Grabやタクシーもここから乗り降りすることができます。B3階のエレベーターはスーパーマーケットのすぐ近くです。 部屋については、なんといっても夜景が素敵すぎます。サイゴン川方面の夜景です。Saigon Skydeckよりも絶景が楽しめます。窓からもテラスからも最高の景色を楽しむことができます。 部屋の電気のつけ方や消し方がわからないこと、蟻がいたこと、水回りが詰まっていた事や施設の老朽化が所々ありますが、それを補うだけのプラスポイントが多いです。 ベットはキング１つとクイーン２つでしたが、1つのクイーンのマットレスは硬かった。 シャワーとトイレは2箇所あります。バスタブは1箇所です。 上層階なので暑いかなと思いましたが、エアコンの効きはよく、快適に滞在できました。 ホテルと違って朝食はありませんが、ホーチミンの街は朝が早いです。すぐ近くにホテルよりも素晴らしい朝食を提供するレストランが数多く見つかります。また、コンビニのサークルKも近くにあります。 はじめに戻りますが、他の高級ホテルやレジデンスも検討していましたが、立地、価格、サービスどれをとっても、ここに決めて本当に良かったと思います。 また、ホーチミンに滞在することがあればぜひ宿泊したい！

Nice spot for friends to gather after party or breakfast. It’s more fun than staying in a hotel. We would come back here for our next trip.

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

Everything was great. Easy to find, self check in, good location (including Vinmart downstairs and coffee options next door). Apartment was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. Simond was quick to reply to any questions and also helped store our luggage early in the morning before check in. thank you!

Apto iluminado, cama super confortável, tv nem grande e localização excelente. Apesar da academia só condomínio só ficar disponível para residentes com mais de 30 dias, existem ótimas opções perto. 25min caminhando você chega no Distrito 1 onde tem muita coisa interessante pra fazer. Apto super limpo e organizado. Banheiro espaço e iluminado. Cozinha bem equipada. Se o tempo estiver bom o sétimo andar tem uma piscina bem boa. Mega recomendo a estadia no apartamento da Chau. Chau é simpática, educada e atenciosa demais.

It was a good stay at Kate's place. Apt was spacious and clean, to D1 is about 10min by motorbike. Grocery store at the basement is convenient. It's about 40 min from airport, depending on traffic. My family like the rooftop pool access from the building. I've stayed in other abnb in this building before and would return.

We loved staying here. The property has an amazing view. It’s a very good location to stay, very safe locality. My friends and I had a great time here. Need to mention their bed was super comfortable, all the amenities provided were of very good quality.We felt very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here when you’re in Ho Chi Mihn. Like to mention that our host was very responsive.

The apartment complex is quiet and very secure so it's a great place to relax and chill from the hectic roads and traffic. Hai is very responsive and quickly replied to all my needs. highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Anh’s Airbnb . They were incredibly accommodating and provided extra mattresses for our kids making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hospitality and attention to our needs were much appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this host to others.

We had a great stay here! The location was nice, close to everything we needed, making it easy to explore the area. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store our luggage after checkout free of charge, which was a huge help. The place was equipped with all the essentials, making it comfortable and convenient for our extended stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh.

Schöne Unterkunft im 11. OG. Etwas außerhalb des Zentrum sodass man einige Minuten zu Fuß laufen muss ( was uns nicht gestört hat). Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Wohnung war sauber. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hat schnell geantwortet.

Tommy was a great host that made me and everyone feel very welcome and comfortable. He was very friendly and helpful and we cannot wait to see him again soon when we book again.

Que Loc's place is really convenient location for calling a cab to reach District 1, which is the city center! it's located on the city fringe and thus it is also less bustling and crowded than in the city centre too! The studio is just right enough for a couple and it is comfortable and easy to check in. Would highly recommend staying here for no-frills stay and also if you want to head to city centre as well!

Location was fantastic, situated in the D1 district close to the river without being too noisy and fairly private. Everywhere we needed to go was just a short walk or grab bike away. The gym had enough equipment to get a workout in and the infinity pool was great. After backpacking for 3 weeks this was the perfect condo to relax with 2 separate bathrooms. All in all had a great stay :)

This apartment is really nice with beautiful views over Saigon. Located on the 21st floor it gives you a truly fantastic view over the Landmark and other parts of the city. The location in district 1 is superb, it’s very easy to get around from there and back. Chloe is a super host, informs proactively and is super responsive. For our American friends: the level of security is very high, so you can sleep soundly.

The place is a full penthouse located at the 12th floor of grand riverside complex. The complex itself was very niche with sophisticated residents. The complex also has a convenience store at the ground floor and a 24x7 reception. The guards were really helpful and the staff as well.

Centrally located location, walk to any where ! worth the money to stay there.

Tung’s place was fantastic! Co-host Quynh was the best. Great location, modern condo building with amazing rooftop pool. Washer/dryer in unit was super helpful. Location is right in the middle of it all in District 1. Quynh was super responsive and helpful throughout our trip. Would absolutely stay again. And reminder to point the A/C remote at the small receiver in the ceiling!

The place was wonderful and felt more like a home cozy and comfortable! The bed was amazing and enjoyed the gym and pool as well. We plan on staying here again next month! I highly recommend it 👌
