Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in District 1

初めて、Airbnb を利用する為不安でしたが、オーナーのLilieさんがどんな問い合わせにもすぐアドバイスをくれて本当に助かりました。今回は夜中に到着の便で心配でしたので、お迎え依頼をしました。きちんと対応頂けて安心でした。また、急な出張も重なり、突然イブニングドレスを購入しなくてならなくて、初めて滞在するホーチミンでどうしたら良いかと困っていましたが、予算に合わせたブティックを教えて頂いたり、小物類などの宅配なども迅速に対応して頂いてオシャレで頼りになる方で感謝しています。また、お部屋の受付の方も親切で丁寧な対応をして頂きました。洗濯などもお願いできて、快適に過ごす事ができました。ホーチミンを楽しめたのもLilieさんのおかげです。またホーチミンに是非来たいですし、友人にも薦めます。

If could give it 10 stars I would Absolutely spotless the bed linen was exquisit 5 minute walk to Walking Street, plenty of restaurants/food and massage parlours In the future when I move here permanently I want a place like this!!! Beautiful!!!!❤️👌😁❤️👍

Lovely space - about a 30 minute walk from Saigon Square

The condo is nice, furniture is state-of-the-art. It's also easily accessible. The host is extremely helpful and responsive.

Extremely beautiful, air conditioner was reliable and loved the turnaround for taxi drop off. Laundry in unit and having 2 bathrooms was luxurious. Newly built and private. Would definitely airbnb again! small note that is outside the host's control: Grab doesn't recognize the building drop off location yet and will suggest a spot close by. Not a huge issue. Most of the time, the drivers understood where we wanted to go.

It’s a new listing in a very new, and luxurious building. The apartment had very modern amenities including a bidet and washer/dryer. Only problem is the construction above. Since it’s still very new, the apartments are still being built out so there was a lot of banging noises Monday-Sat, starting early at 7:30-8am. If you are planning to stay here, take that into account. Once the construction is done, this apartment will be an amazing place to stay. I would rebook again.

Very helpful and friendly host. The property was situated in a central location which made it easy for us to walk everywhere. Very easy to get in and go out with a very responsive host. Had a lovely stay thanks to the host, will definitely visit again.

Myself and 3 friends stayed here in all 4 rooms. Amazing location; comfortable and exceeded our expectations. What elevates this place from great to fantastic is the host; prompt, considerate, genuine and helpful. I have used Airbnb for 10+ years, and Du is the best host, hands down! Highly recommended.

Nice decorated room, spacious room also. It's located in the city center so easy for moving around. It's in the small alley, so a bit of effort required if you have big luggage.

Such a cute, homey, adorable space! It was clean and just very adorable inside! I would stay here again. Thao is kind & helpful. The walk to the place was a lot with my bags because it’s not reachable by car but that was my fault. Grab drivers on bike will come right to you anyways! It was close to everything. Thao was responsive & there if I needed anything. Instructions were easy & check in was a breeze.

This apartment was beautiful and clean, would stay here again if I came back to Ho Chi Minh.

非常に素晴らしい施設です。ホーチミンに滞在するのであればここが最適でしょう。 滞在先のフロアからショッピングモールは専用のエレベーターで直結です。1階またはB3階に行くことができます。１階のエレベーター乗り場からはすぐにLê Thánh Tôn通りに出ることができます。Grabやタクシーもここから乗り降りすることができます。B3階のエレベーターはスーパーマーケットのすぐ近くです。 部屋については、なんといっても夜景が素敵すぎます。サイゴン川方面の夜景です。Saigon Skydeckよりも絶景が楽しめます。窓からもテラスからも最高の景色を楽しむことができます。 部屋の電気のつけ方や消し方がわからないこと、蟻がいたこと、水回りが詰まっていた事や施設の老朽化が所々ありますが、それを補うだけのプラスポイントが多いです。 ベットはキング１つとクイーン２つでしたが、1つのクイーンのマットレスは硬かった。 シャワーとトイレは2箇所あります。バスタブは1箇所です。 上層階なので暑いかなと思いましたが、エアコンの効きはよく、快適に滞在できました。 ホテルと違って朝食はありませんが、ホーチミンの街は朝が早いです。すぐ近くにホテルよりも素晴らしい朝食を提供するレストランが数多く見つかります。また、コンビニのサークルKも近くにあります。 はじめに戻りますが、他の高級ホテルやレジデンスも検討していましたが、立地、価格、サービスどれをとっても、ここに決めて本当に良かったと思います。 また、ホーチミンに滞在することがあればぜひ宿泊したい！

Best place to stay in HCMC , this is just 10 mins walk to district 1 , easy to find grab bikes / Cars as location is very much familiar ,it's easy to get in and get out around the area .

Everything was perfect

Great location right next to District 1. Many stores, coffee shops and restaurants around the apartment block. The apartment is very comfortable, has the amenities for some light cooking, the washing machine is very nice. All in all I would stay here again.

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.
