Boutique hotel holiday rentals in District 3

I spent 28 days at this hotel, and it was absolutely amazing. I am very satisfied with my stay. The staffs here went above and beyond to make my experience as comfortable as possible, and I am truly grateful for that. The room description was completely accurate, everything that was mentioned was provided. The hotel is located in a spacious alley that's easily accessible and no trouble finding it. Uncle and auntie (whom I think are the owners) and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Although I received free services (room cleaning and laundry), the staffs remained diligent and performed their job with great care. If you have any questions or problems, they’ll explain everything clearly and assist you right away. In my second week, the air conditioner in my room had a minor issue (the fan stopped moving and couldn’t circulate air), and they fixed it within two hours of my call. Not only was the fan repaired, but the maintenance guy also did a deep cleaning of the entire unit!

Amazing Vietnam Experience I love this hostel, and the people who work here to make your stay in Saigon an amazing one. Kim the owner who became a friend. Is an amazing host. She and her brother Thomas made sure i had everything i need. I booked all my tours with them. And the highlight of my stay in Vietnam was the 2 days Mekong tour. Me and other guests also did the food tour with Kim and it was superb. I got what i came for, know Vietnam culture, food, people and the places. I would definitely come back. Set your expectation base on what you are paying. This is not a luxury hotel. And your attitude will be reciprocated. Thank you Kim !! Thank you h best hostel cafe saigon

Super well placed in the center of ho chi minh, the airbnb is in a very cute and quiet alley, which is good when you know the traffic of the city. We did everything on foot. When we had questions, our host was always there to answer them. Great!

You cannot ask for more for such a low price! The location is incredibly central in District 1, and the room matched the expectations. The stay is a bit older than pictured, and the towels were quite a bit dingy/old, but again, you get what you pay for and I would recommend this place to my friends and stay here again myself. Location is easy to find using Google Maps, and there's a Circle K right nearby as well. Really great value, and the host/hotel staff were all really helpful, kind, and attentive.
