Smoking friendly holiday rentals in District 3

The host is super nice and the place is perfect. Location is great. There is a 7-11 and other convenience store 5 feet away. There is a great Vietnamese coffee place right beside. Will definitely stay here again without thinking twice. There is always a fear of scams when travelling to Vietnam but this place is legit and I cant wait to go back.

It was a pleasure to stay at Giang’s place! He was a great host and helped us with everything we needed. He went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. The place was comfortable and convenient. Probably the best hot water heater I’ve had in a while. It’s right across from the park in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to walk to get coffee and other things.

Firstly, I felt very at home here. The property was super comfortable, had a great sleep and the temperature was perfect for it being so hot outside. Secondly, the host was so so great. She communicated quickly, efficiently, and I didn’t have to worry about her not getting back to me unlike some other hosts I dealt with on my other trips. Thirdly, location is awesome. Very central! Only tip is that if you call a grab, I recommend walking to the street right under cause it’s a bit easier since it can get crowded w cars on the main st of the property. That’s all! Overall loved the property and the host was great. Def book it if you can

This was one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed! We had never been to Vietnam and this apartment ticked every box. It is amazingly central, within walkable distance to an abundance of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and bars. There are also many coffee shops, and being in Q1 meant that Grab could deliver easily! Across the road there is a delicious pizza shop, or we recommend De Tham Restaurant for Vietnamese. Vo is an amazing host, always answering our requests and providing clear and helpful instructions. I cannot fault them! I left my purse and they even sent it to me in Da Nang! The room was spotless, with beautiful furnishings and decor. We took lots of inspiration for our own house—especially the kitchen tiles, which are gorgeous! Personally, I think the apartment looks even better in person! The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot and high pressure, and the washing machine made things very easy. Thank you for making our trip to HCMC the best!

Evie’s place was more amazing than I thought. Felt right at home and got to relax in a busy part of town. Nightlife super close but the apartment is soundproof, you don’t hear anything especially if you have the fan on. The projector was definitely a highlight for us, we got to relax and watch some tv shows and make ourselves at home very easy.

The accommodation was right next to Bui Vien, so it was nice that it was easy to get around, quiet, and tidy.

This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

Huge cozy space nestled in a great location. Instructions were clear. Very accommodating hosts. The top floor room gets a little hot as its at the roof, and other than that it was an amazing stay.

Very modern and clean. Showers and bathrooms were fantastic. Rooftop terrace was great. Quirky entrance through the local business. Great location for food and shopping.

Words are inadequate to explain how special this space was for our first trip to Vietnam ever. It was a safe, clean, comfortable space for us to rest, especially in the heat and in the late evenings. While located conveniently near Ben Thanh Market, it is away from the highly trafficked tourist areas which allows for more local flavor and interaction. The space is located in a residential alley behind a blue gate. Don't be deterred if you find that uncomfortable as the home is secure and your neighbors are locals who live and work there. There's even a youth center across the way from you. Our group loved everything about the actual space - decorated to resemble 70s era Saigon home. Having a washer/dryer, a full bathroom on each floor and three beds with TVs and AC in all main rooms - you can't do much better. There were a few items that needed repair or replacement of batteries (and they were responsive) but my stay here was full of joy, revelation, and magic. Can't wait to return.
