Originally from Russia (hence the name “Beriozka” meaning Birch Tree) I live in Stamford CT. About 7-8 years ago I’ve discovered Chester/ Essex area and fell in love. I’ve been coming here during summer to enjoy river rides, during winter just to see snow on the ground of old towns and needless to say during fall – when all the beauty of nature unfolds. Then came an idea to have an own place here and when an opportunity came to buy this small cottage on Cedar Lake I’ve jumped on it.

Recently renovated in soft blues and whites, these sleek units offer a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living area and large deck steps from Lake Montauk. Paddle boards, kayaks and beach chairs available in warmer months. All units have Bose players and Roku. The units sit at a 90 degree angle to the lake with partial lake views from the deck. Monthly rentals can start on the first of the month regardless of the day of the week. Great beach house close to Ditch Plains beach with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 queen beds and 2 bunk beds, deck, barbecue, outside shower, huge yard, recreation room. Spend your days at the beach and grill at night. Wifi, tv, and outdoor fire pit.

Relax and enjoy a peaceful stay that is a 3 block walk to one of the most beautiful ocean beaches in the Hamptons! This apartment is located in a beautiful, wooded, quiet neighborhood. Town is 1.5 miles away. This apartment has an open concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 cozy bedrooms and one bath with a walk in shower. We prefer families and mature adults. We supply beach towels, chairs, umbrella and beach wagon.
