The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

The terrace with beach chair and seating offers a nice ambiance to end a vacation day, also with a campfire. Car parking space, TV, air conditioning, charging station for e-bike, cooking, shower, fridge available... It is about 7 kilometers to the North Sea and shopping.
