Charming house in nature park, stunning views

A pretty house in the middle of nature, on the site of an old farmhouse of a windmill. The house is located north of the Yonne a few kilometers from the charming town of Villeneuve sur Yonne. A rustic cottage, family house with old-fashioned charm. The place has several buildings and a private park of 17 hectares of woodland and meadows crossed by many small walking paths, a swing for children. A beautiful place at the very top of a hill with beautiful views.
