Old Gardener’s House – a waterside paradise

The former gardener’s house, originally built in 1710, is nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the picturesque Holsteinische Schweiz, directly on the Schwentine River, one of Schleswig-Holstein’s longest rivers. In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. The surrounding landscape of lakes, fields, forests, and gentle hills lends the area its captivating charm.

Tegelstuuv Holiday Apartment

Our cosy Tegelstuuv on the Tegelhof welcomes guests from all over the world who would like to spend a few days experiencing Probstei and the Baltic Sea region. Thus, the old granary of the former cowshed was transformed into a charming guest apartment with three rooms and a cosy living-dining area. The flat is centrally located in the courtyard, surrounded by gardens, trees and a real courtyard atmosphere. If you're lucky, you'll also find a breakfast egg in the chicken coop below.

Kavalierhaus Gut Güldenstein - up to 19 people

The Cavalier House is located opposite the stables and has a large garden with a pavilion, surrounded by rhododendrons. The building has recently been lovingly restored. On the ground floor there is a spacious dining room, the kitchen with separate pantry, a study, a large living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room, a guest toilet and the utility room. Upstairs there are 7 double rooms and 1 single room, as well as 4 bathrooms.

Kösterwohnung, close to Baltic Sea & Lake Selenter

The Kösterwohnung is located on the ground floor of the historic country house, which probably once belonged to the Lammershagen estate: 80 m² – equipped with a cosy kitchen-diner, wood-burning stove, piano (slightly out of tune) and a private terrace. The Gatehouse (Torhaus) in Kletkamp was built in 1775 and, along with the many other gatehouses in Schleswig-Holstein, is one of the most beautiful in the country. In addition to the generous living space of 200 m², the half of the house on the waterfront offers a wonderful view of the oldest manor house in the country. The nearest beach is only 11 km from the accommodation and offers bathing fun as well as cozy restaurants with Nordic dishes.
