It is a 7-minute walk to the sea, a 10-minute walk to the village of Ika and a 15-minute walk to the city center of Lovran. Two supermarkets are within walking distance. The next major city, Opatija, can be reached via Franz-Josef-Weg along the sea in 6 km or in 10 minutes by car/bus. Each apartment has a secure parking space in the courtyard.
