Zur Ausstattung der Wohnungen gehören Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Handtücher, sowie ein Fön. Für alle Wohnungen steht ebenso freies WLAN bereit. Homeoffice ist also kein Hindernis!

We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. The Carinthian-style house is quietly located on a hill with a dream view over the lake (5 minutes away by car) and the surrounding mountains. It is ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends and extends over 3 floors (200 m² + terrace + garden). The living area with marble floor and wooden ceiling is located on the first floor; the kitchen is fully equipped. There are 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, heated with underfloor heating and solar air system.

Our holiday home is bright, spacious, cozy and equipped to a high standard. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/Sat is in every room. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. Internet access via WLAN. Each unit also has a terrace with a barbecue and loungers. Free parking.
