Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Dodge City

Yeira was very responsive and friendly. She allowed us early check in, when I communicated with her. We easily prepared and cooked food with a stacked kitchen. There is a full washer/dryer available, if needed. Beds were clean and comfortable. The apartment was bigger than the pictures show. Amenities galore. We had control over temperature in the apartment, we didn't have to request host to change it. Lots of parking on street. Walking distance to lots of places downtown. If I was staying in Dodge long-term, I would seek this place out. The entrance to upstairs apartment is in the alley, which I didn't think was a big deal. We were able to lock up easily whenever we left. It's an old, historic building which was truly amazing. Private/peaceful. On the other hand (would not prevent me from staying here again): The street is active with cars coming through, even late at night. You can hear when folks are on street talking, some were loud. If you're a light sleeper, it may wake you up.

Wonderful place, really nice people. Can’t say ANYTHING bad about the stay. We had a really really minimal issue which could have been solved in the morning but once I contacted the host in the middle of the night they came to us with gifts and solved it immiadiatly. 10/10!

Great place and comfortable. Had everything you would need and more. Comfortable beds and great shower pressure. Nice to have a back patio . Host was easy to respond. Ate at Miss Kitty ‘s cafe for Lunch - Breakfast at Dodge House. Visit Boot Hill Museum . Wish we had more time instead of one night. Parking was right in front.

Quiet neighborhood and really clean house 10/10 stay

I stayed the week for school. It was three minutes from the hospital and worked great for the stay. The host’s were amazing and the place lacked nothing I needed. If I come back I will stay here again for sure.

Jonathan’s place was exactly as described — very clean, well-kept, and beautifully set up. He was a courteous and responsive host, communicated clearly and promptly, and made the stay smooth from start to finish. Definitely recommend!

I come to Coldwater pretty often to visit family and have to bring my dog with me. He doesn’t get along well with other dogs and the hotels in town don’t allow pets. This was my first time staying here but everything was great and I’m thankful for a place to stay in town that allows pets! Will definitely book again!

The space was very accommodating for our family get together. We will definitely use it again. Everything was just as we thought it would be. Overall it was a very good stay for our family.

My sister and I were attending a baby shower in a nearby town and found Renae's place to stay for the night. We were really happy with our stay. Had everything we needed and more and was really clean! We'd definitely stay again if we ever come back to the area. We did hear one train horn during the night and a few trains passing through, but we knew that when booking and it didn't bother us. This place is a great short stay or long term stay since there's a full kitchen and even a washer and dryer.

House was as listed, very quiet neighborhood. Great accommodations, bed was very comfortable. Had everything one would need. Denise was a pleasure to work with. Would stay again.

I rented this place for a best friend's Bachelor party. We had a great, chill time here on Easter weekend. The home is spacious, comes with an equipped kitchen, multiple bathrooms, comfortable furniture, and a very cool basement. We played a lot of poker and shuffleboard in the basement! Beds were very comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were spotless and had plenty of towels. Showers & sinks had good water pressure. AC worked great! Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Plenty of parking. The AirBnB is close to the Kiowa County Fishing Lake and is very close to a Dillons, liquor store, and gas station. Cool hunting lodge aesthetic. Would HIGHLY recommend, great value for what you get. Especially good for indoor events, but fishing is a valid option too. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

We rent for a week. A cozy house located in a very quiet neighborhood, the whole house very comfortable clean and spacious. I loved the water filter and the beautiful backyard. We really enjoyed our stay at your house. Thank you!
