We had an incredible stay at Richard’s apartment in Villefranche. The view from the terrace… jaw dropping! From the moment we booked, Richard was beyond helpful and responsive. The apartment was stunning and had everything you could ever need - we can’t wait to return! Thanks Richard 😀

the apartment clearly matched the listing and the little touches given by Audrey was adorable. we recommend this choice. despite the very thin walls between the apartments which did not stop us from having a great stay in this fairly bright and very pleasant apartment

Start to finish our stay at Renaud’s apartment was perfect. Even when we potentially had to cancel due to our airline strike he was very flexible and accommodating. His mother Michelle gave us a wonderful welcome and helped us feel right at home in the suite with local recommendations. The suite is as described, clean and quiet with a great view of the port. Easy access from the airport, close to trains and buses to towns all over the coast. Walkable to restaurants, old town, beaches and the coastal path. We loved Nice and surrounding areas. Thank you Renaud!!!

If you enjoy small French towns near the sea, this is a great place to stay. It is quiet with easy access to the beach, restaurants, train station, buses and close to Monte Carlo, St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Nice. Nina is very responsive and helpful. The parking situation is extremely TIGHT, but definitely nice to have and an added bonus in the South of France. Everything you need is in the apartment and there were some unexpected goodies that were extremely helpful to find...shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, etc. We did not cook there, but there were plenty of plates, silverware, pots and pans, glasses, etc. The apartment would sleep 4 comfortably. We had a wonderful stay!

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

We had a great time in Andrea’s place. Perfect and cosy for two, the bathroom and kitchen are also great quality and clean. The location is also perfectly situated if you want a quick walk to the beach and old town, as well as to the tram for getting around the city and to the train station.

Erwin and Liliane were extremely welcoming, kind I trusted the other reviews and I was right, they took care of us all week. We couldn't think of as well, an AirBnb welcome as it's hard to find today Amazing views of the mountains and sea, I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks again to them

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

This villa exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful than the photos, with breathtaking scenery that made waking up each morning a joy. It was perfectly equipped for our stay with two young toddlers, including a full-size cot, a high chair, and dark shutters that made nap times easy. The amenities were fantastic, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive. He even kindly offered to post back some forgotten items, which we really appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others and hope to return ourselves in the future.

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Charming house just minutes from Pietra Ligure… tranquility in the countryside very close to the sea. House equipped with all the comforts, excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for those who love the quiet of the hill and the ability to reach the beaches in a short time.

We had a great stay at Josef’s place, he was a lovely host and very responsive! The location is good, easy to walk to restaurants and pretty close to the train station also! The one drawback to the apartment was that a neighbor’s cigarette smoke can be smelled in the apartment at times- if you are sensitive to the smell this might not be the best fit. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped!

We highly recommend Laurent and Eun-Sil's accommodation. It is very well located (very close to Monaco train station), ideal for visiting the principality and enjoying the beaches and seaside trails nearby. The accommodation is spacious, well equipped and very clean. Laurent and Eun-Sil provide many tips about good restaurants and activities to discover/do in the area.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was great.Regine is a great host and this is our second time staying in beautiful appartment. Location is great with lovely gardens. It is a bit of an uphill walk to get to appartment, but it kept us fit. There is a bus 3 from market to take you up close to the palace. Have booked to stay again in 2026.

A Wonderful Stay in Nice! Our experience at Melina’s apartment was fantastic from start to finish. Melina’s communication was top-notch—she reached out before, during, and even after our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly, which it absolutely did. The location couldn’t be better, offering easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Nice. The interior was not only clean but also stylish—think sleek, modern, and swanky! Melina’s attention to detail in decor and appliances was impressive. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver, especially as this was the second leg of our trip and we packed light.
