The air-conditioned 'l'Atelier' apartment, located on the first floor, comprises a south-facing living room with a fitted kitchen and lounge area, two 15 m² double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, and a separate toilet. A children's dormitory area, with 4 single beds, completes this mezzanine apartment. The house is on the village's main street, a 1-minute walk from the old town centre. Quiet, with a view of the vineyards from the pool and garden.

Small Modern and Industrial LOFT.

Small new LOFT in an industrial and modern style, air-conditioned, 40 m², for 2 people (but 1 child can sleep on the extra sofa bed). This Loft is located on a Wine Estate in the heart of the vineyards. It is adjoining the owners' bastide but totally independent. Entry is north of the bastide. Access to the owners' pool (from 01/07 to 15/09) and to the pétanque court daily from 10AM UNTIL 6PM. On the day of your arrival the pool is accessible until 7pm.

Le Nid is a 14th century village house, freshly renovated in the heart of the historic center of Villeneuve-les-Avignon. Ideally located to enjoy the city and its cultural monuments on foot, mixing authenticity and contemporary comfort, Le Nid is an invitation to Provençal relaxation with its plastered walls, central wooden staircase, natural stone floor and a dominant view from the bedroom over the rooftops of Villeneuve. The South is invited here.

In our very typical village of St Quentin la Poterie, all shops, you will fall in love with the creations of potters, restaurants, the farmers' market on Tuesdays and the authentic Provencal market on Fridays in a southern atmosphere.
