La nostra nuovissima Villa "Colle di San Gemignano" è costruita con tutte le comodità moderne ma con il fascino di un vecchio fienile tipico Toscano, completamente immersa nel verde delle colline, dove potrete assaporare la pace con gli unici rumori della natura, in totale relax, lontani dal caos e dalla frenesia delle grandi città. La villa Colle di San Gemignano è situata da sola su una collina, circondata da un ampio oliveto con piscina e solarium in legno, in sintonia con la natura.

The house is 200 sm. wifi internet. 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 5+2 people. Private garden and parking. Ground floor living room, dining area and kitchen. First floor two double bedrooms sharing one full bathroom. Second floor huge bedroom with one double bed and one single bed with ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separated shower. Only 11km from the historic walled town of Lucca lies our spacious home with spectacular views over the Tuscan hills. Ideal for cyclists and walkers, guests can also easily explore Pisa, Viareggio/the Ligurian coast, Florence & Sienna. Our local village, Ponte a Moriano, only 4km away, provides great eateries including one of the best gelaterias in the area as well as a weekly market. This is a great home away from home for relaxing whilst discovering the delights that Tuscany has to offer.

Casa Isabella is a recently renovated antique and elegant building, dating back to the 1800s and enriched during the "liberty era". It is located just a few meters from the train station and the walled city of Lucca. There is just one floor, the rooms are very bright , large and welcoming, with the romantic atmosphere of an authentic Tuscan period residence. The decor is designed with care. The house also offers a spacious terrace where you can wind down and enjoy pleasant outdoor meals.

Il bosco che vicino alla casa, il profumo delle erbe aromatiche e del frutteto creano insieme al tipico arredamento di castagno, ai pavimentini in Cotto Toscano ed ai muri in pietra una combinazione tra colori odori e sensazione di pace che rende il soggiorno unico per senso di pace e relax...un vero e proprio toccasana sensoriale

Villa singola con ampio giardino esterno e possibilità di tranquille passeggiate nella campagna adiacente. Piscina attrezzata e recintata ad uso esclusivo e zona pranzo esterna. Piccolo campo sportivo e giochi per bimbi. Possibilità di soggiornare con i propri animali. Vorrei specificare che una delle camere da letto è una stanza di passaggio con un divano che può diventare letto alla francese, da questa camera si accede ad una camera da letto matrimoniale.
