Apartment on the upper floor of a villa (pool + garden)

The countryside in the city. Independent apartment 10 minutes by TER from Lyon city center. Equipped with an open-plan kitchen with living room and private terrace. Daytime access to the shared garden and pool. Three bedrooms are at your disposal: - two bedrooms with double beds - one bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed for an extra bed. The living room sofa is convertible into a 140 cm bed. The bathroom has a bathtub. The toilets are separated.

In the Monts d'Or, a natural area 15 min from Lyon, independent accommodation into the villa where we are living. Private terrace and access gym and sauna by reservation. Summer: swimming pool from 8am to 10am, and 2pm to 5:30pm. View of the Saône. Hiking trails, mountain bike rides. Restaurants, Demeure du Chaos Museum, Guinguettes on the banks of the Saône. Lyon Perrache railways 12min by train (railway station 15 min walk), Part-Dieu 35 min by bus.

Clairefontaine: Family home in its green setting with heated pool (May to September depending on the climate) which offers a beautiful setting and absolute calm. New this year, new wood deck and new pool edges after the bocce court and outdoor parking last year. Pricing and case study on a case basis possible for longer term rentals between October and March. The monthly rate does not apply between April and September.
