Private enclosed house, with one bedroom, possibility to add a baby bed on request. Linens provided (sheet, bath towels, tea towel). Fully equipped kitchen. Animals such as dogs and cats only accepted and 2 maximum.

Chaumot is located 2.5 hours from Paris, 3 km from Corbigny, a small dynamic town with many shops, 2 supermarkets and restaurants, and a market on Friday. 300 m away, the Yonne and the canal with its marina. The apartment has panoramic views of the countryside and beautiful sunsets. Refurbished and functional. Capacity: 2 adults and 2 children max 13 years old, or 3 adults, (in the case of a 3rd adult a supplement of €15 will be requested.)

Charming, fully renovated 2 bedroom. Located in the heart of the city, you will be in the perfect place to enjoy Avallon and its surroundings. The room is located on an inner courtyard and guarantees you a quiet night. The living room overlooks the main square with a pleasant and unobstructed view. All shops are just a stone's throw away, and many free parking spaces are close to the accommodation.

Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.
