Holiday rentals with beach access in Don Sak District

Staying with Jirawan at Minute Beach Cafe, was an experience both my girlfriend and I will never forget. The place itself is very serene and quiet, feels like a little slice of traditional Thailand, which makes a nice break from the very touristy/ busy usual places. Jirawan is a great host and makes you feel very welcome, super hospitable, and generally a lovely person. But the icing on the cake is her 14 dogs, so unbelievably polite, well trained, and most importantly cute. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re looking for some respite from the usual busy touristy spots, perfect for a couple looking to relax for a few days.

What an absolute gem! I came alone and had the perfect trip. Felt like a part of the family. They had great suggestions and were super accommodating. Loved walking and biking around, shelling, hanging on the amazing property. Will definitely be back!!!

A wonderful experience. Here you can feel Thailand outside the tourist circle and connect with the lives of the locals. Thanks to the perfect hosts who welcomed us as family members, we got to know a different Thailand. The room, the food, the trees and flowers, the view and the quiet made us miss it for a second after we left. Do yourself a favor and book a visit, hoping it will be available.

The place is very nice. We were very warmly welcomed with a welcome drink. The bungalow and bedding have smelled fantastically beautiful, I have no idea how to do such a thing. The area is almost like old Thailand, you feel like the only tourist, that's really cool. The locals are all very nice. Be sure to take the bikes and explore the area with it.

We very much enjoyed our time at this place. You have to be aware that it is no place for swimming and you will not find many tourists in this area. But it is very authentic and Bow and his family are absolutely lovely. The bungalows are really nice and clean and newly constructed. Absolutely recommendable as a calm place to stop before ging to Koh Phangan or Koh Samui.

Have booked a place on the way after returning from the south pilgrimage. Loved the villa atmosphere. Very quiet and private. Khun Yupa, the owner, was very responsive. You took care of Ann and you took care of it. It was great to buy breakfast and was very accommodating during your stay. Overall, I was impressed. If you have any business going to Donsak area, I will definitely book my stay here again.

I would absolutely recommend this place! Among the vast beauty of Thailand, this place manages to have a unique and special beauty all its own.

This is a good location to spend a quick night before taking the ferry to the nearby islands - practical and clean. The host is also fantastic. We arrived late at the Airbnb where she immediately came to greet us for check-in. When we later that night accidentally spilled a bottle of water on the bed, Noknoi came immediately with replacement bed sheets, despite how late it was! Very grateful for that.

So: The location is great, super great. You are really right on the beautiful beach and usually alone. Air conditioning and fridge are also provided. Unfortunately, the hardness of the mattress was more reminiscent of a board, but seems to be normal in Thailand. Unfortunately, there was also a lot of garbage on the beach, although you tried to remove it every day. But the worst for us was the ants in the bed. Maybe this is also normal in Thailand... All in all, we still felt very comfortable there and would come back for a short stay:)
